Across Rhodesia, the median sold price over the 12 months to June 2026 was £195,498 — it rose 2.9% on the year before. That reflects 40 recorded sales. Terraced homes are the priciest at a median of £244,000, while flat/maisonette homes are the most affordable at £93,750. Over the past year, terraced homes moved the most (+31.2%). New-build homes were 46% of recent sales, a share that is falling.

These figures track the median of prices actually paid, not a like-for-like index. A move can reflect a change in what sold — more new homes, or a different mix of house types and sizes — as much as any change in what a given home is worth.
