The data we use
Our sold-price information is sourced from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, published under the Open Government Licence. It is public record data and is not personal information about you.
Where available, we also show non-address energy-performance information (such as the EPC energy rating and total floor area) for a property, looked up at the time you view the page from the official Energy Performance of Buildings Register and published under the Open Government Licence. We do not store this data, and we do not display the address details held in the register.
Information you give us
If you use our contact form, we store the name, email address and message you provide so that we can respond to your enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing and we do not sell it. Contact us if you would like your message deleted.
Price alerts & email updates
If you sign up to track sold prices for an area or property, we store your email address and the area or property you asked to follow, so that we can email you when relevant new sold-price data is published.
- Lawful basis: we send these emails only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up.
- What we collect: your email address and the area/property you chose to track. We do not collect your name.
- Unsubscribe: you can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, either via the link in any email or by contacting us.
- We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
