Medians over the most recent 12 months of all UK property sales (to June 2026). Median is used, not mean — it isn't skewed by the odd very-high sale.
Across Crofty, the median sold price over the 12 months to June 2026 was £242,500 — it fell 16.4% on the year before. That reflects 14 recorded sales. Detached homes are the priciest at a median of £262,500, while other homes are the most affordable at £150,000. Over the past year, semi-detached homes moved the most (-18.2%).
These figures track the median of prices actually paid, not a like-for-like index. A move can reflect a change in what sold — more new homes, or a different mix of house types and sizes — as much as any change in what a given home is worth.

Change compares the median for the last 12 months with the 12 months before.
How these figures are calculated. Year-on-year change compares the median sold price over the most recent 12 months of data with the 12 months before it. We use the median, not the average, so a few unusually high or low sales don't distort it. Because HM Land Registry data lags — sales take time to be registered — the most recent month or two are provisional and tend to revise upward. Figures track the mix of what actually sold, so they are not a like-for-like index. The same method is used across this site, so an area's figure here matches its ranking in investment trends.
